SEA Members receive a membership certificate and periodic newsletters containing the latest evaluation news, resource links, program/webinar information, and book reviews. Members also enjoy free registration or reduced fees into SEA programs and webinars, and can opt in to receive a free daily email subscription to the latest evaluation job listings. Membership is valid for a full year and expires on the member's enlistment date unless renewed.
Student membership is available to full-time students only. Please complete and submit a and pay the annual membership dues with a check (made payable to the Southeast Evaluation Association) or via PayPal. Annual dues for students is $10.

Kathy McGuire - Membership/Volunteer Coordinator
Kathy McGuire serves as deputy coordinator for the Florida Legislature's Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA). Prior to her position as deputy coordinator, she served as staff director of OPPAGA's criminal justice policy area. For more than 20 years, she conducted and led a wide variety of program evaluations and policy analyses. Ms. McGuire is Past Chair of the National Legislative Program Evaluation Society, and she is Past President of the Southeast Evaluation Association. She attended the Legislative Staff Management Institute at the University of Southern California.
